FAQs

3-5 weeks is typical, depending on the amount of work in our pipeline.

The process is simple: pick a design, choose its colours, images, etc., load your content, and away you go. We support this whole process, and you need zero technical, design, or website skills.

No. We don’t charge per job. Job listings are included because the cost of publishing additional jobs is negligible on modern hosting, and your website shouldn’t become more expensive simply because your business is growing.

FAQ 2: Do we charge extra based on how many jobs you have on the site?

No, unlike some vendors, you can use all our features for free.

If you made your code right, once you create a feature, it will be in the code, ready and waiting for all users.

Our full features are listed on our website.

No. We don’t charge per staff member or per login. Your website is a company asset, and your team should be able to collaborate without worrying about seat limits or per-user fees.

No. Your plan isn’t priced based on traffic, bandwidth, or storage. Hosting is designed to handle normal growth, and we don’t increase your fees just because more people visit your site.

No. Support is included. If you need help, you should be able to ask—without worrying about surprise charges.

If you ever request work that falls outside standard support (for example, a new feature or a significant redesign), we’ll scope it clearly and agree on it with you upfront.

Yes, you can subscribe to our optional feature update plan.

You can opt into feature update plans or discuss the new features as and when we launch them.

Most clients never need to pay for design updates thanks to our admin controls, which give them significant flexibility.

You can subscribe to our optional design update plan and buy individual design updates, but as we said, changing images, icons, videos, and text can all be done free of charge in the site admin, which covers 90% of most design needs.

Yes, this is part of the standard service to make sites in your brand colours, and if you don't have brand colours, we can help you with colour choices.

Yes, this is also part of the standard service to make sites in your brand fonts. If you don't have brand fonts, we can help you choose fonts.

Yes, providing images free of charge is also part of the standard service.

You can provide your own images, or we can work with your brand or marketing agency to create them.

Yes, this is also part of the standard service for making sites with videos if you want. In some of our demos, you will see we have used video on the home page; in others, we have not. But all our sites support video on all pages.

All our sites support video and integration with YouTube; Vimeo is standard.

All templates come with a wide range of bespoke options, or you can use our Template Plus Service to fully bespoke your site design. With this service, you can have any bespoke change you want; we estimate the changes, and you approve them.

But keep in mind that changing images, icons, videos, and text can all be done for free in the site admin, and they account for 90% of the design's personality.

Yes, this is available via the Template Plus Service, and you can make any bespoke changes you want; we estimate the changes, and you approve them.

Yes, we can provide branding for your project from award-winning branding experts in the recruitment sector. Additional fees apply for this service.

Yes, we have made fully mobile-ready recruitment websites since 2007.

Yes, we have API connectivity* with many leading ATS brands, such as Avionte, Bullhorn, Firefish, Jobadder, Loxo, RecuriterFlow, TROY, Vincere, Voyager, and Zoho. Ask your account manager for the complete list.

*Connecting to APIs has a one-time fee.

We have API connectivity with Broadbean, idibu, LogicMelon and Wave.

This is a fully self-service process; you enter the site admin and download the instruction files for Broadbean, idibu, LogicMelon, and Wave to send jobs and handle applications from the site. They then have all they need to connect.

Broadbean, idibu, LogicMelon, and Wave may charge you for this connection, but we do not.

Yes. We format your jobs using Google’s agreed JobPosting structure and submit them to the Google for Jobs API, making your roles eligible to appear in Google’s job results. Google ultimately decides what gets indexed and displayed, but we make sure your setup is correct and support you with ongoing optimisation guidance.

If you want an even safer compliance-friendly tweak (some people prefer this), swap the second sentence for:

“Visibility can vary because Google decides what to show, but we follow Google’s requirements and best practices to maximise eligibility and performance.”

100% of the updates our clients wish to make are free in the site admin, which the client has complete control over, with training materials, training videos and unlimited support provided.

No, they come as standard.

Plus, we have the added advantage of not storing personal data in our systems, unlike many of our competitors, who still take that risk.

No. Hosting is included as part of your ongoing support fee. There aren’t separate hosting add-ons or usage-based hosting surcharges.

Our websites are hosted in professionally managed data centres (currently in Germany). We choose infrastructure that prioritises security, reliability, and performance.

We design and operate the platform for high availability and reliability, with monitoring in place to detect issues quickly. While no provider can guarantee “never any downtime,” our goal is to keep your website consistently available and responsive. For the past 20 years our server uptime has been 100%.

Yes. UK clients have support led by UK-based team members and an account manager who knows your site. We also have an international team supporting delivery and development.

On top of human support, clients also have access to our self-serve resources (video training and step-by-step documentation) available 24/7.

We aim to acknowledge support requests quickly and resolve straightforward issues fast. For more complex requests, we’ll respond with an estimated timeframe and keep you updated until it’s complete.

Mission-critical issues are dealt with immediately.

We build recruitment websites with GDPR best practices in mind. That includes clear consent/cookie options (where required), secure handling of data, and sensible controls around forms, applications, and data retention.

GDPR compliance also depends on how each client operates (for example, how you process candidate data), so we help you implement the right setup and can advise on common recruitment-specific requirements.

Yes, thoroughly, and we have the added advantage of not storing personal data in our systems, unlike many of our competitors.

Yes, we can provide Technical SEO, On-Page SEO and Off-Page SEO.

But one word of caution here: Many vendors say their websites have SEO, but SEO is not that simple.

Websites don't have SEO; for most in-site admins, you can tune text, images, page URLs, etc. (commonly known as On-Page SEO), but to say that SEO is misleading because much of SEO is driven by Off-Page SEO strategies not set up on your website.

Yes, we have recruitment marketing plans for every budget.

We were among the first vendors to integrate with Paiger and Hubspot, Bullhorn Automation, etc.

No. We handle the heavy lifting. In most cases, we can produce a first version quickly, then you’ll have a straightforward review stage to request changes and refinements (typically another 30–60 minutes of your time, depending on how much you’d like to adjust).
