Achievements in this period:

• Refactored our code to Gen 3 code.

• Refactored Integration with JobDiva for US client growth.
• Introduced "Design Studio", which allows DIY bespoke page design creation.
• Integrated with KaizenIQ to bring AI content that will rank the RecruiterWEB client in AI.
• Restructured our workforce to be UK, Ukraine, Germany, France, Spain and Turkey-based.

Like many vendors, the years 2020-2024 were about surviving COVID. In 2023, we had a welcome but unexpected 100 new sites sold, but sadly, the recruitment industry was not so lucky, and we lost a number of customers to closure.

Achievements in this period:

1. All source refactored into our RWEB Gen2 Code.
2. Set a new standard for LCP page speeds.
3. Refactored platform for full GDPR compliance.
4. Refactored the platform for Google for Jobs compliance.
5. Introduced Client Campaign Mode to allow self-creation of client microsites.
6. Introduced Candidate Champion Mode for the instant marketing of candidates.
7. Built video training into the CMS admin.
8. Training videos cut first-line support tickets by 83%.

This 4-year period was about re-investing in our platform and modest growth for RecruiterWEB, refining our offering, and getting ready for mass growth.

All things being equal, we were on track to become the 3rd-largest provider on Recruitment websites in the UK, then Covid hit.

RecruiterWEB began life as Recruitwise Technology, creating recruitment websites and job boards and delivering recruitment SEO solutions globally.

Achievements in this period:

• We achieved clients in 15 countries, with our largest markets ranked in order: UK, US, Australia & Europe.
• We brought to market a dedicated CMS to run as a job board and a recruitment website.
• First recruitment website vendor to get Google on the individual job page.
• First recruitment website vendor to automate job landing page creation (SEOAI).
• 2005: Survived the Orange Revolution in Ukraine (our dev team were 100% Ukrainian-based at the time).
• By 2006, we had 100% (99.99%) server uptime, which has been maintained to date.
• Survived the 2008/2009 global depression.
• Survived the 2014 invasion of Crimea (our dev team were 60% Ukrainian-based at the time).
