Commonly: assignment details (title, location, salary/fee, description, sector, seniority level), and candidate data from applications and registrations (name, email, phone, CV, and screening questions). The exact fields depend on your FileFinder setup and what you choose to show publicly. Everything is discussed with your Recruitment Website Specialist and then implemented for you.

It can be near real-time, but many setups use scheduled updates for stability and performance. Applications are typically captured instantly. Assignment updates (new roles, changes, filled positions) refresh on a schedule we agree with you.
